Thank you for choosing Party Paradise! By using our services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

 

Payments

For all orders, a 20% non- refundable deposit is required to confirm. If a 20% deposit has not been made, the order will not be confirmed.

 

All Pick-Up orders must be paid in full when order is placed and picked up within business hours.

For all pick-up orders, there is a minimum of a $100 security deposit or 50% of total order (which ever is greater).

 

All orders for delivery must be paid in full at least 1 day before scheduled delivery, if the order is not paid in full by scheduled delivery time, the order will not be delivered until payment is received.

Damaged Items

For items that are returned damaged, there will be a replacement fee contingent to the item that has been damage and the cost.

 

Cancellations

Absolutely no refunds on any order canceled within 7 days of delivery for any reason.

Unless of a government mandated order, no refunds will be issued if the reason for cancellation is COVID-19. Store credit that can be used for future orders will be issued for COVID-19 cancellations.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

 

Disclaimer

Party Paradise is not responsible for any balloons that bust, break, blow away, or pop after your order has been delivered and installed.

Outdoor balloon décor is never guaranteed. Any balloons that are placed outdoors have a high chance of popping or breaking. Balloons structures may tip over or blow away in high winds or in unfavorable weather conditions.
