  • How can I place an order?
    The most convenient way to place an order is to fill out our order order form which can be found on our website. Once you submit the order form one of our team members will send you over a quote to look over. To confirm an order, we require a minimum of a 20% deposit which can be made by calling us at 586-268-9800. Once your order is confirmed, you will recieve a confirmation email.
  • How long in advance do I need to place in order?
    We typically recommend our customers to place orders 2 weeks in advance. However, from April-August we recommend orders to be placed about a month ahead. If you come short of this recommendation, please give us a call to check avaliability.
  • What is the minimum for orders?
    Minimum for delivery (off season) - $250 Grand Total Minimum for delivery from May-August: (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) - $400 Grand Total (Monday-Thursday) - $250 Grand Total
  • Are you available for delivery on Saturday's and Sundays?
    Yes! We offer delivery for Saturday and Sunday events although our showroom is closed.
  • How long do your balloons last?
    We use the highest quality of latex balloons for all of our decor. Helium Balloons We treat all of our helium filled balloons with a solution called Hi-Float. This solution allows the balloons to last about 2-3 days when treated with Hi-Float. Foil balloons last approx. 5-7 days. In outdoor conditions, helium balloons expand in the heat which can cause them to combust and they contract in the winter which can cause them to shrink / deflate. Air-Filled Balloons In indoor conditions, balloon decor filled with air can typically last for 4-6 weeks. In outdoor conditions they can combust in high temperatures, wind, rain, or low temperatures. Outdoor balloon decor is never guaranteed.
  • Can I pick up a rental item or balloons?
    We do not allow any of our rental items or balloons to be picked up. All rental items must be delivered and picked up by Party Paradise.
  • Do you rent out helium tanks?
    No, we do not offer helium tank rentals.
  • If I buy my own balloons, can you inflate them for me?"
    No, we can not guarantee the quality of balloons that are not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation there may not be enough balloons necessary for your decor design. It is more time and cost effective for you to order the balloon decor from us using our balloons.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Absolutely no refunds on any order canceled within 7 days of delivery for any reason. The 20% deposit to confirm your order is non-refundable? ​ Unless of a government mandated order, no refunds will be issued if the reason for cancellation is COVID-19. Store credit that can be used for future orders will be issued for COVID-19 cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
  • How long does a event set up take?
    We typically ask for a 2-hour window for delivery. Depending on the size of the set up, it can take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour or more for orders.
  • Do you accept walk-in orders?
    Unfortunately, we no longer take walk-in orders. All orders must be placed ahead of time.
  • What the 7.5% service charge is for?
    The service fee covers all of overhead costs including but not limited to cost of labor, credit card fees, and miscellaneous costs. This fee is applied to all orders.
